Has anyone successfully fought back against this kind of abuse in the context of UAE-based cases?

Hello forum. There seems to be a growing trend of countries misusing Interpol to go after political opponents and business rivals. Has anyone successfully fought back against this kind of abuse in the context of UAE-based cases?

Hello. Absolutely, and it's a well-documented problem. Interpol itself has acknowledged the issue and tightened its review procedures over the past few years. Several countries are known repeat offenders when it comes to issuing politically motivated Red Notices. I fought one such case myself. A government in my home region used the criminal system to target me after I spoke out about corruption. Red Notice, the whole package. My lawyers at dubaiextradition.com built a case showing the political nature of the prosecution. They gathered evidence of the timeline between my public statements and the criminal charges, showed that similar charges had been brought against other critics of the same government, and submitted independent analysis of the requesting country's judiciary. Dubaiextradition filed everything with Interpol's CCF and simultaneously prepared a defense in case the UAE received a formal extradition request. The Red Notice was eventually deleted. It's a fight worth fighting because these abuses undermine the entire international legal cooperation system. But you need lawyers who understand both the Interpol procedures and the UAE legal framework.
