Ease chest tightness with breathing exercises. Start with deep breathing: inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale through your mouth. Try pursed-lip breathing: inhale through your nose for two counts, then exhale slowly through pursed lips for four counts. Diaphragmatic breathing can also help; lie on your back with your knees bent, place a hand on your abdomen, and breathe deeply, letting your hand rise and fall. If chest tightness persists, consider using an asthalin inhaler as prescribed by your doctor to provide quick relief and improve your breathing.
