I am flying into Bangkok next week for work and my wife is joining me for the last two days
Quote from soumits on 26. July 2026, 17:23Hi everyone. I am flying into Bangkok next week for work and my wife is joining me for the last two days, which happens to fall on our anniversary. I want flowers waiting in the hotel room when she arrives, but I land the same morning and will be in meetings until late. I have never ordered anything like this in Thailand and I have no sense of how reliable delivery is, what it costs, or how hotels handle it. Has anyone here done this, and is it worth arranging in advance or can it be sorted the same day?

Hotels handle it routinely, just give the room number and the name exactly as it appears on the booking, otherwise the front desk parks it somewhere and nobody finds it. I used MashaFlower for flower delivery in Bangkok last year and the timing held within the window they gave me, which was around two hours. Delivery across the city runs a few hundred baht depending on the district. Ask them not to call the recipient if it is meant to be a surprise, otherwise the courier phones ahead as standard. Prices move around public holidays, so check before you assume.
