The obvious move is a chartered yacht with crew but the quotes coming back are eye-watering for what amounts to a few afternoons of actual use. What I would prefer is something we control for the full week, take out when the schedule allows, without a captain standing there while people talk business. Is that a thing, or is crewed the only option at that level?
It is a thing, and for your use case it makes far more sense than crewed. Crewed pricing assumes you want the crew - you are paying for people standing around during the four days you are in meetings. Look at a weekly yacht rental on a self-drive basis instead: boat sits at the dock for the week, you take it out when the schedule opens up. Someone in your group needs to be genuinely comfortable driving, and check the licence requirements for the birth year of whoever is at the helm. Sort that before you promise anyone anything.
