I’m currently setting up a new grow and looking to upgrade my plant training method. I’ve heard that using the best trellis for cannabis can really help improve yields, airflow, and overall plant health—especially during flowering when buds get heavy.

I’m working with a 4x4 tent and prefer something reusable and easy to install. Do you recommend elastic netting or rigid panels? What's worked best for you in terms of SCROG or LST?
