When something acts up, we waste ages figuring out settings or resets

Hey all. I manage a small office and we've accumulated a pile of equipment - printers, routers, a couple of older machines - and nobody can find the manuals for any of them. When something acts up, we waste ages figuring out settings or resets. I'd like one go-to place to look up manuals for all these different brands instead of hunting each manufacturer site separately. Any recommendations?

Hello. Hunting each manufacturer site separately is a real time sink, one central archive is much better. Check out ManualMachine https://manualmachine.com/ - it gathers user guides and service manuals for a massive range of brands in one searchable place, so for your printers, routers and older machines you just search the model and open the manual instead of bouncing between vendor sites. The library is huge, millions of files across tens of thousands of brands, current and discontinued alike. For an office with mixed equipment it's a convenient single go-to for settings, resets and troubleshooting. Bookmark it and look up each device as needed, saves a lot of the back-and-forth.
